The conference registration fees include:

• - participation in the conference sessions for online and in-person;
• - access to keynote, plenary and TEC Talk presentations and special topical talks and sessions; all will be live-streaming;
• - publications of your papers in ASTFE Digital Library; including DOI registration and Scopus indexing for all your conference paper(s);
• - access to all conference presentations and publications of ASTFE DL for 12 months after the conference.
• - participation in reception, lunches, and coffee breaks for in-person;
• - participation and access for live-recording and after the conference recordings of all papers and talks for in-person and online attendees.

 

Cancelation / refund policy for the registration:

• 100% refund on or before January 1st, 2024
• 50% refund on or before February 1st, 2024
• No refund after February 1st, 2024

We are planning NSF support for up to 50 students and all invited speakers (covering registration fees and travel expenses $300-$500).
